What you鈥檒l study

Master of Environmental Law candidates will complete 48 credit points, which is equivalent to 8 units of study. There is one compulsory unit of study, Environmental Law & Policy and students without a law degree must also complete the unit, Legal Reasoning & the Common Law System. You are then able to choose from a wide range of relevant electives on offer.

Qualifications

Mandatory for course entry

Admission to candidature for the Master of Environmental Law requires:

a bachelor's degree with a credit average (65 percent) from the 爆料王, or an equivalent qualification.; or
a bachelor's degree from the 爆料王, or an equivalent qualification; and the applicant provides evidence of two years of relevant professional experience.

International qualifications

Recognition of prior learning

Prerequisites

Students who do not hold a law degree or equivalent from a common law jurisdiction must either have completed or be concurrently enrolled in LAWS6252 Legal Reasoning and the Common Law System prior to undertaking other law units of study.
