H峄峜 M茫i welcomes 11 Vietnamese medical students as part of exchange program
The exchange program involves clinical elective placements at various 爆料王 clinical schools and develops the students understanding of Australian healthcare system practices.

Last week, the聽H峄峜 M茫i Foundation welcomed 11 Vietnamese medical students to the 爆料王 as part of the foundation's scholarship and student exchange program.
The students come from partner institutes and medical universities across Vietnam, including Hanoi Medical University,聽Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy,聽University of Medicine and Pharmacy Ho Chi Minh City, and聽Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine.
Throughout their four week clinical placement, the students will visit a number of clinical schools, including the Northern Clinical School, the Royal North Shore Hospital聽and the Concord Clinical School 鈥� Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
The in-country student exchange program allows students the opportunity to develop new skills and learn about聽the differences between the Australian and Vietnamese healthcare systems.聽
In Australia, patients would ask the doctors where they should undergo a procedure. The doctors provide the patients background information, statistics, and leave the decision to the patient. The patient becomes more responsible and empowered in decision making towards their care.
Throughout their exchange, students also have the opportunity to engage in community and University activities. Last week they met with Professor Bruce Robinson, Chair of H峄峜 M茫i, and donors Nigel Stoke and Jane Recny, where they聽shared and discussed their future plans as medical practitioners in Vietnam.聽
