Medical school history: The 1919 influenza pandemic
The ‘Spanish flu’ pandemic emerged at the end of WWI and by 1919 it had hit Australia. The ±¬ÁÏÍõ and the Royal North Shore Hospital played a role in responding to the outbreak, helping to save many lives.
