If you鈥檙e hunting for a student residence, the Regiment Building is a great place to start.

Situated in a prime location near the southern end of Eastern Avenue, a few steps from Sydney Uni Sports聽& Aquatic Centre and a stone鈥檚 throw from Newtown鈥檚 vibrant King Street, you couldn鈥檛 ask for a better location for soaking up student life. You鈥檒l be able to wake up, roll out the door and still make it to your lecture in less than 10 minutes.

With 620 rooms and tons of communal spaces, you鈥檒l never have trouble finding company for a study session, or a snack break. If you鈥檙e living away from home for the first time, it鈥檚 reassuring to know you have a resident adviser and a bunch of friendly neighbours to support you, whether you鈥檙e dealing with a kitchen disaster or a tough exam period.

Safe and secure
The Regiment has all the modern security features you鈥檇 expect to ensure you and your stuff remains safe. You鈥檒l have swipe access to get in and out and a night manager for extra reassurance after hours. Plus, residential advisors and campus security are always around to make sure everything is in order.聽
